Omni Pinnacle understands the importance of rapid response to disaster recovery efforts. With multiple locations along the Gulf Coast, Omni Pinnacle has rapid response capabilities for municipalities in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia. The geographic distribution of Omni Pinnacle facilities and of the subcontractors who work as part of the Omni Pinnacle team allow the organization to have rapid response capabilities throughout the Gulf Coast area. Omni Pinnacle also provides offshore services, and has worked in disaster recovery operation in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Omni Pinnacle subcontractors were the first to provide recovery assistance for the City of New Orleans after Katrina. Veronica White, Director of Sanitation for the City of New Orleans, noted that Omni Pinnacle's "fast mobilization and rapid response" were "instrumental in the city's recovery." Kevin Davis, St. Tammany Parish President, praised Omni Pinnacle's "timely response, dedicated work habits, and professionalism" in the clean up efforts in St. Tammany Parish.

Omni Pinnacle uses a multi-team approach to expedite recovery processes and to help communities and municipalities as they begin to rebuild. Omni Pinnacle personnel and the subcontractors with whom Omni Pinnacle works have expertise in all aspects of disaster recovery operations, including debris removal, site management, reduction, recycling and disposal. Omni Pinnacle also helps to prevent the paperwork disaster that often comes after the natural disaster by providing administrative support, field management, and documentation services for jurisdictions that are affected by disasters. All work that is FEMA contracted work that is completed by Omni Pinnacle is eligible for 100% FEMA reimbursement.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, specialized disaster recovery teams of Omni Pinnacle subcontractors simultaneously filled eight separate contracts, for a total of $200 million in completed contracts. Omni Pinnacle and its subcontractors have a 100% completion rate for awarded contracts. Other notable accomplishments in disaster recovery have included the removal and disposal of over three million cubic yards of storm debris in St. Tammany Parish in the two-months immediately following Hurricane Katrina and the installation of over 5 million square feet of temporary roofing. In addition to its work with FEMA, Omni Pinnacle clients also include the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Transportation.
